Before you reach out

How do I reset my password?
Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?" to receive a reset link via email.
How do I upgrade or change my plan?
Visit the pricing page to compare plans, or go to Settings in your dashboard to manage your subscription through the Stripe billing portal.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard Settings. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
I need help setting up SMTP for outreach
The easiest way is to connect your Google account in Settings — outreach emails will be sent through your Gmail automatically. Alternatively, you can use an app password with any SMTP provider. Email us if you get stuck.
I found a bug or have a feature request
We love hearing from users. Email support@pitchlinks.io with details and we'll get back to you. Bug reports with screenshots are especially helpful.
