1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using getbacklink.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

getbacklink.io is a link building management platform that helps users track backlinks, manage outreach campaigns, analyze competitors, and monitor link health. We offer free and paid subscription tiers.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Send spam or unsolicited communications
Scrape or harvest data from third-party websites in violation of their terms
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service (backlinks, contacts, campaigns, etc.). We do not claim any ownership over your content.

You grant us a limited license to process and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will provide notice when possible.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, getbacklink.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
